SevenBuddy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. However, orders placed on Fridays/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
Typical delivery time range is 5-12 working days. All orders come with a shipping number so you can track every step! Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs, postal delays or holidays.
Pre-ordered products will be shipped within the specified time. (The specific delivery date is shown in the product name on the product details page.)

SHIPPING SERVICE
All shipping service includes tracking information. When order fulfilled, tracking information would be automatically sent to you. Email at sevenbuddy01@gmail.com directly if you did not hear from us.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as SevenBuddy is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted.
IMPORT TAXES
Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.SevenBuddy is not responsible for the customs duties incurred by any orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No matter what, we owe you a "thank you"! For ordering products from SevenBuddy.com. We hope you are satisfied with the item you receive from SevenBuddy.
If you are not completely satisfied with the item, please return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Notice:
You must bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
No compensation will be provided for items lost during transportation.
To be eligible for return, item must be in original packaging and all original contents undamaged. (We strongly recommend that you keep the packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase)
Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be returned with the original product for a refund or exchange.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within two weeks after receiving the return package (only the refund amount will be the value of the item.)For exchanges this applies if the wrong item is received or if it is defective.
SevenBuddy will not accept returned products that have been altered, scratched or marked.
The following products do not comply with SevenBuddy refund policy:
a) Promotional items;
b) gifts and premiums;
c) Any merchandise purchased from a dealer or reseller other than directly from SevenBuddy.com.
If there is a problem with the quality of the product you receive, or if there are any faults or defects caused by non-human damage during normal use, we will resend a new product to you.
We will strictly check the quality and appearance of the goods before shipping. We will package the goods intact when shipping. If you receive the goods and find that the packaging is slightly damaged.
No damage to the item is usually caused by transportation.
If the item is damaged, please take photos (outer packaging and product) and contact us in time.

Cancellation
Cancel the non-processed order
Please email our Customer Service with your order number and reason to SevenBuddy01@gmail .com
Cancel the ship-out order
The request for canceling the ship-out item is not acceptable.
Cancel the failed-delivery order
a) Unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer: The refund will less shipping cost & the restocking fees 50% (Subject to availability);
b) Failed for an unknown reason: We will make a re-ship or refund for you.
PRE-ORDER products will be shipped within the specified time. (The specific shipping date will be displayed on the product name of the product details page.)
Refund (If applicable)
The refund will be issued within two weeks of confirming. Further stepsand information please message our Customer Service via sevenbuddy01@gmail.com
Kind reminders:
a) Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded;
b) The shipping fee will not be refunded;
c) If you have yet to receive a refund after processed, initially check your bank account again. (Please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
Responsibility
A full refund or replacement will be made when the cost is caused by SevenBuddy. However, the loss and responsibility should be covered on your end when delivery failed due to your reasons:
a) Inexactly or wrong provided shipping information;
b) Unsuccessfully delivery due to the receipt is nor home;
c) Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country by local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
Kind reminders for unsuccessful delivered caused by the above reasons:
a) The re-ship or the refund will be processed after received the return package;
b) Shipping charges on the original items and the new package will at your expends.
